They say in Singapore it’s cheaper to eat out then cook at home. I love it, since I’m a terrible cooker. But after food comes my favourite part: the dessert. Although I don’t eat much, I love the sweet taste and cute design. And I already have my favourite desserts to try at Orchard.
Located at Wisma Atria shopping mall, first floor. The place theme is Alice in Wonderland, which is amazing and invites you in. They also have rainbow cakes and unicorn cupcakes, to invite you
I also found out about more themed cafes on this link.
Located in Plaza Singapura, fifth floor. I discovered this Taiwanese cafe by mistake, such a sweet mistake! A must-try dessert is the fluffy pancakes with different toppings, ice cream and flavours.
MUJI is a Japanese store for household, minimalist style. Their biggest store in Singapore is in Plaza Singapura, ground floor. Unlike other stores, inside this one there is a cafe, where you can enjoy nice desserts and tea.
You get out of Somerset MRT station and you notice beautiful cakes showing off in the passage way, at 313 @Somerset shopping mall. Either chesse cakes or the signature financiers, they are all nice and sweet.
Where are your favourite dessert places? Since I recently moved to Singapore, I’m yet to explore the best desserts in town.
Happy travels and sweet cakes!
